Great Tuesday night matchup here in LA with Tulane and LSU going at it. Bottom 7th with Tulane up 4-2. They are looking like the numero uno team tonight.

Thats a pretty sweeping statement considering we have scored double digit runs in 7 of 16 games.
Seriously, it really is as if SOME of you expect us to go undefeated. Losing to a midlevel team at midweek is definitely not good, but it's baseball and it won't mean anything in april much less anything this weekend. It's not like we don't have some potential problems but SOME of you act like we suck. And we're ranked ninth in the country. It's odd.

I've watched a lot of years of Aggie baseball, but I've never heard if it is official MJ policy. Why do we never swing at the first pitch. We are spotting this guy a strike every batter.

AGinTX, you can dig up the team batting avg if youd like, but I'll tell you now, it isn't very good.

Luke and Orphan are right-MJ has never been able to judge when it's time to take out the pitcher, especially now that he actually has a great pen. Last year he started out well but fell back on old habits. He is falling back again a bit earlier in the season.
