This is what I wanted too back in 2024. I do think we looked at Vaughn last year before Alberts announced Earley will be back.

interesting looking at USC's performance in the regional and super-regional...

the Trojans went 5-3 in their 8 postseason games

the 5 wins were by scores of 19-6, 15-4, 14-3, 7-1, and 9-5

the 3 losses were by scores of 5-4, 4-0, and 4-3

the team with great pitching lost its low-scoring games

A team that outscored its opponents 71-32 probably shouldn't be 5-3.

This was a big factor too. Who knows if Tenn gets out of their bracket or where their pitching was when they got to the finals as they would have to expend a lot to get to the finals.

That's OK. Volleyball beat three 1 seeds to win it all. Tennis beat the 5, 1 and 2. Great teams will beat great teams and who knows what would have happened if our head coach at that time was focused on his team.

So far the Sunday evening games have been less than optimal. I guess if cow is making it to Omaha we should pull for an all SEC bracket for them to play against.

They're right, Schloss is a good in-game manager. It comes with experience, but he was pretty good at knowing when to change pitchers. Something we were lacking this year.

They blew though the SEC this year and they won't have the Aggies in Omaha to take them down.

UNC literally NOTHING like Ohio State. Like sips in academic stature, but the campuses are nothing alike. I guess if you want to talk basketball entitlement, fine. But they are one of about 5 schools actually entitled to do so.

Some posters, earlier, were trying to justify that it was okay that Olsen Field was not packed for what turned out to be the last game of our season because it was at 8 p.m. on a Monday.

Disch-Falk Field (Texas) and Alex Box Stadium (LSU) consistently are packed for all regionals and superregionals. There is no excuse for the lack of fans at Olsen when ALL season tickets are sold out and there is a long waiting list for more season tickets.

The 12th Man Foundation needs to figure out how to put Aggie fan butts into seats for our post-season home games.
