It was a sharp liner right to the right fielder, barely had time to get to third. It was also the first pitch of the at bat. KP went down in the count to early swinging at everything inside

It was hit fairly deep for a single. RF threw it in to 2nd. Run was conceded. And a pinch runner from 1st is 100% going to head to 3rd in a fairly deep single over toward the RF line.

It was an absolute fubar.

And then the RF threw it to 2nd base. The 3rd base coach should have had her rounding 3rd and could have held her if he chose instead of standing on the bag. Pretty straightforward.

Very disappointing 3-1 road loss to a mediocre South Carolina team that snapped our 9 (7 SEC) game winning streak and dropped us to 34-13 (14-5 SEC)! Hopefully, we bounce back with a game 2 win tomorrow to give ourselves a chance to win this road series on Sunday.

they had the pitching, and after blue took it to the face, calls changed in the turkeys favor behind the plate. but frankly, they had the HR with runners, we didn't. started out that way. I don't blame KP for stretching a dbl to a triple.
perfect throw , perfect relay, perfect positioning on the tag. if she were safe we PROBABLY win going away. tough loss. move on.
