Let's see how the season plays out, but IMO, it would be more harmful to the program to be stuck in purgatory for 4 years if Earley saves his job by making the tourney but gets bounced in the regional than for us to rip off the bandaid this May. Can't give him forever to see whether or not he'll figure it all it (which he may not). But, we'll see.
