Hoping OU gets the 1 and tu gets the 8 so they meet the first game in the WCWS. That locks both of them on the same side, Only the losers of 1-0 game changes sides.
Flip side is decent chance we get 2 and Tenn gets 7. I like that matchup better for us but no game against Pickens is guaranteed

I'm more concerned about the 1 for Supers. I absolutely believe the committee will seed protect the 1 and the 16 will not be an SEC team. All other national seeds have the possibility of being paired against an SEC team.
I think we have done enough to get the 1 but it would be hard to deny OU the 1 if they win the SEC and the tournament.
I have Texas Tech in the 16 right now. Would rather they head to OU. I will take my chances with Oregon or maybe even Alabama if the late season losses for Oregon throw them out despite being a conference champ

That's fair, and we are at worst a National 2 right now. All our metrics point to a 1 seed but we know OU carries some cachet. Anything less than a 2 is an egregious slight.

After the tournaments finish tomorrow I will make my yearly wrong predictions of the seeding. They move the 2nd 8 so much it is hard to guess.
No story lines that I can think of with Oregon. Any SEC school obvious story line. Clemson would have Ford vs her former assistant that is bringing in her daughter. But Clemson win today I think they are too far ahead in rpi to slide back
I kind of expect some former conference teams to match up. Arizona with UCLA would be interesting. Tech with OU.

If I know the NCAA, they will pair us with someone really good in the supers regardless of our seed. Good news is, this team is more than capable of beating anyone right now.
No one 13-20 in rpi really scares you except tech with Canaday. Best story line is to pair with former conference mate OU.

The double-digit game also totals 26 runs for the Aggies in this SEC tourament, the second-most by a team in a single SEC tourney. [I think the record is 27 by Florida so we need to score at least 2 runs tomorrow]
The Aggies' six-run first frame marked the most runs scored in a first inning by any team in an SEC Tournament game all-time. It was also their second-most runs in the first inning this season and the tied for the most Texas has allowed in any inning this season.

Love that Mya tied the SEC tournament record yesterday with 5 RBIs in the game, a number that KK tied today and Mya bested by 1. We're on a roll!
