It is basically saying it is an official game if 5 innings are complete or 4.5 innings if the home team is up. In other words, this game meets the criteria if they can not resume due to the weather.

Correct. Apologies on the wording... I copied from my phone and didn't proof read it before posting.

Since there are no classes tomorrow, the SEC rules on when to officially call it are about as clear as the last sentence on my original post. Seems like it's ultimately up to the Umpire.
