Todd Peterson (pitcher) had to take an at bat, he was supposed to try to draw a walk, but he told Mainieri that in highschool he hit nukes. so he was told to swing away...and that he did. Brilliant.

in the press conference, he admitted that he was never even allowed to hit in games in high school, but in batting practice he totally hit bombs. Paul says "YOU LIED TO ME!?....thanks for lying to me"

posted it in silver linings. it gets sent to me all the time tbh and I watch it multiple times every time.

I know you have to play Farr a little for the future and I have no problem letting him play a bit but is there seriously nobody better than him right now? You're getting deep into conference play and desperately need the best bats possible.
