Makes you wonder what the leaders at A&M are doing. We need a clean slate. Obviously these generals with no experience running a university are not working out and are not able to elevate A&M academically or athletically. They appear to make poor hires and decisions. A&M is not military branch nor a political branch. It's a results oriented group in which you need to achieve.
Need either business people or professional academic administrators to come on and then make the hires based on their backgrounds and ability to elevate A&M to secure our investments.
It's always the same story: spend a ton of money, get new facilities but most of the time they make poor hires / decisions (sometimes they nickel and dime people at the end for key roles) at the most critical aspects so you end up underachieving annually.
Need to take the Warren Buffet approach - fire all the bad leaders and hire goods and things will turn around. Got to start at the top.
Yet Albert's literally got us a massive media rights deal, the largest ever in college sports history. Yet, our leadership is the problem…
I mean it's a 15 year deal. There's an issue with that
There's been quite a few on premium that are pretty well connected that seem to think the 15 years is t an issue at all.
