12th Man is baseball is actually just a few years old. And if it is Schott he's very much in the mold of the prior guys. He's clearly a leader of the team and has the respect of his peers and coaches. Perfect fit it is in fact him.dcg4403 said:

Id give it to the person who provides 12th Man spirit/Spirit of Aggieland to the team. Captain is fine in fact but it doesn't have to be your best athlete that makes everyone better kind of role in my opinion. It has to represent what the school means the best.missinAggieland said:

Schott is not our best athlete. In fact last year, he was the DH. Something about being DH speakers to me when it comes to #12.
He loves and represents the university well. He is an excellent spokesman.
