I dont like it either but can you penalize someone for hat coming off? Id assume ncaa would have to add a ruling on this to clear it up moving forward…

I just take a drink every time it falls off.
I don't know why I thought it was a balk if the hat falls off. Seems like a distraction to the hitter.
