Offense has let us down today

Pitched well Kaiden. Don't hang your head too much kid.
That's a dick thing to say. He's a pretty good pitcher.
I feel like you just started watching and are just looking at the numbers ESPN put on the screen rather than speaking from actually watching him pitch this year.
And if you want to justify what you said by saying "it's nothing against the kid", so be it- but it absolutely was against him, and it absolutely was a dick thing to say about someone with far more talent than you have
I didn't say anything about whether he was a good or bad pitcher. He looked pretty solid except for the two hangers and even your ace makes mistakes sometimes.
What I meant was running a Freshman out there with little experience in the biggest game of the season in an insane leverage situation is unfair to him. He did about as well as could expect him to. He's out there because we don't have arms, but that's the situation we're in.

If we win today, we win. If we lose today, we play tomorrow. If we win tomorrow, great. If we don't win tomorrow, we're still gonna wake up the next day and go to work. It doesn't change the world if we win or lose.
Oh no, not the "guys, life is more important" posts! We done.
No, some of us understand there's more to life than losing your mind over "someone else" playing a game you weren't good enough to play.

Almost wish we hadn't burned CC but hindsight is 20/20. Hopefully Lamkin can give us 5 tomorrow. Not sure who gets us to Evan though.Stone44 said:
If Lamkin has his stuff I feel good about tomorrow. Really didn't want to go to three games but we can do this. Need to be patient at the plate like we have all season.Gonna need some good stuff in the middle innings before Ash finishes them off.
100% agreed. It's the offense that's held us back. I'm trying to make it clear that Wilson wasn't the problem.aginlakeway said:Mordred said:Chill man.histag10 said:Mordred said:It's not anything against the kid. We've held Tennessee to 4 runs thru 8. That's amazing.
We have 5 hits. That's the problem.
It's not. It's literally not over.BeastmodeAg said:

What is the purpose of posting this lmao especially on an Aggie baseball thread. It didn't make anyone feel any better.DGrimesAg92 said:Muy said:DGrimesAg92 said:

Bats about as underwhelming as I've seen all season.
