Nothing better than a rule that makes the #3 national seed hosting the regionals to be Visitors 2/3rds of their games.

The higher seed is the home team for the first game of the regional. After that, it goes by the number of times each team has been the visitor. Then there's sort of a tiebreaker list if the teams have been visited the same number of times.

Look, it's easy. Regional host top seed should get basically ALL home field advantages. It should be a normal home game for them every time they play. Period. The NCAA is a soulless and useless organization.

I googled the host regional guidelines and the fact that it takes 7 paragraphs (3/4 a page) to figure out the home team and which dugout to be in is an example of everything that is wrong with the NCAA. This should be easy and common sense. Lowest seed is the home team and occupies the home dugout. Exactly.
It's complete chicken-**** for the NCAA to have the rules this way. Completely defeats the purpose of seeding. The higher seed should ALWAYS be the home team and the entire point of being a national seed and hosting Regionals/Super Regionals is to reward you for kicking ass all season long. A team should never be the visitors in their own ballpark.
