After having vanquished cats of different sizes the Aggies return their focus to the birds on their schedule. They've already beaten eagles, two different kinds of cardinals, and gamecocks. Now it's on to the Roadrunners.
UTSA is 19-13 with an rpi ranking of no.92, pretty close to where Texas St. was last week. They lost a midweek game to the Bobcats 14-13 a couple of weeks ago. They've played two games against Big 12 teams, UH and Baylor, and won them both.
Last year they beat the Aggies 5-1 in one of one of the frustrating games of a frustrating season. Our batters couldn't buy a hit and even Aschenbeck wasn't himself.
The Roadrunners are undefeated all time against the coyotes. Against the Aggies not so much. A&M holds a 23-10 in the series which goes back to 1993.

Is this game even going to happen?! Severe thunderstorm warnings and even a talk about possible tornadoes
Now there's coffee all over my computer monitor.

Schloss mentioned yesterday they wanted to have a decision before utSA got on the bus to leave. I'm guess if we don't hear anything by lunch, I'll pick the youngest up from school and we'll make the drive.

Looks like rain chances have decreased from earlier projections.

Rain chances only around 35% at game time now with it looking like the storms don't come in until closer to midnight. We playin ball.

I'm thinking at most a delay. Although we are now under a tornado watch until 5pm.

Yea, as long as we don't get any local lightning which look to be slim it will hopefully have blown through for the most part and be good by the evening.
