The coach is not allowed to visit twice on the same batter. So the pitcher had to finish the batter before he can come out.

Never seen this come into play before. Always learning something new about this game.
I think the rule was made for that coach. He didn't have anyone warming so he ran out a catcher to bullpen, then visited the mound, then ran a few pitchers out there then visited mound again.
