Why wasn't the hitter walked? He didn't matter. And then the hitter sits on a FB to end the game.

I get people being mad, but our best players in the field and pitchers last season were first-year transfers and key leaders. Short memories around here.Aggies1322 said:powerbelly said:Our biggest key players last year were transfers brought in by Schloss.#1AG777 said:
He got us there with the previous coach's players for the most part. He really hasn't lived up to to the money yet. And he has been out coached for the most part this season.
You don't remember Dylan Rock playing for Childress?

Acting like the seasons over when sec tournament hasn't even started
It's ridiculous
I did call for the walk before the AB started, but yes hindsight is always 20/20.Aggies2009 said:TAMU1990 said:

Cause we have the benefit of hindsight.
We had a good 4 series run earlier in the series during SEC play. We can catch lightning in a bottle if we get in the tournament. See Ole Miss one season ago.Dark_Knight said:
Why look forward to any tournament when the team has played poorly all season?

You mean fans who support the team win or lose?
We support the team win or lose.

Probably not, but why not play and see?Dark_Knight said:
I don't think we're that team. We struggle against lesser teams and get embarrassed. Our one highlight so far was taking the series from Florida.

I love more baseball, but not if we're going to get embarrassed.
I generally do my best to stay positive on the game threads, because Aggie baseball games are a welcome distraction to my ptsd, and because getting angry and B****ing about players is Never a good thing. Results are ok to B**** about but not calling out players.Rule#2 said:

Serious question: who is left in the bullpen for tomorrow night if that game is close?

I don't get embarrassed by what 18-23 year olds playing for my school do or don't do in a sports game.
The fans can be embarrassing, but I have never seen our players be embarrassing.aginlakeway said:trouble said:

Yep. Never understood why fans are embarrassed by what happens on the field. Makes no sense.
I mostly agree with you, but that '03 OU football game and '05 Iowa State....powerbelly said:The fans can be embarrassing, but I have never seen our players be embarrassing.aginlakeway said:trouble said:
