That's a pretty big slap at the players, schloss is as much or more to blame than them.

To my eye, Schloss has done extremely well managing this team to have this many SEC wins and series wins, even, with zero quality starters. Now, I'm not saying that he doesn't have a responsibility to recruit pitchers as well as manage the team once it's set. But his management looks really good to me.

Took him awhile to find his grove but he has been nails of late.

Almost everyone else might have a promising outing followed by a poor one +. Even more frustrating is how quickly the wheels seem to come off, seemingly things a going OK and then boom a crooked number goes up for the bad guys.

Schloss has done a great job winning SEC series his first two seasons. What has hurt this year was being swept twice this year without at least getting one sweep back. We've won 5 league series this year and will be heading into the final weekend of the season 3 games under .500.
