Seems like a bunt guaranteeing a run in a 1-run game would make sense. Schloss tried bunting Jace in the last game with only a runner on 1st.

Data says you're more likely to score more runs swinging away. It didn't work then and doesn't always follow the numbers, but the out is not worth it at this point in the game (according to big data anyway).
