It is confusing, and am disappointed. A May 1st deadline was given, and seemed like no additional points would be given, so ordered an item, even though was hoping for a higher item. Then points were added tonight, and was told no exchanges, even though now I have the points…

Beware rewards programs because you pay more to fund them. TAANSTAAFL

If I'm paying for it anyway, I should take advantage of it.

And heads up, the survey has some elements that don't work great on a phone.

For what it's worth…you should. But it's like the prisoner's dilemma. It is at the end of the day a business expense in a business that straight up loses money and tickets will go up to cover budget shortfall but not the entire loss. The rest impedes meaningful investments in other areas, but if they can't crack the nut for filling the stadium (which their marketing isn't taking responsibility for even attempting accomplish) then it turns into facility shortfalls.

Which even the wonderful gift by Blue Bell probably didn't meaningfully dent though the shortage of available seats improved demand and pricing. Subsidies ALWAYS causes prices to go up and while mild this program is a subsidy. I don't care if you participate of course. Just don't imagine it is free.

I gave them some good feedback. Also, taking the survey gives you 50 points for next year! Nice!

It's a rewards program to attend events, clearly the AD is using it as marketing/support program to entice people to attend.

The cost is part of the marketing plan and it's across all sports not just baseball.

Ticket prices will go up whether or not they have this program or not
