I agree bullpen. And I'll be at my credited 120th event (not counting coaches shows) at the bb game against tu on Tuesday. Still haven't qualified for a jersey ( as they keep moving the goalposts). Sad.

Another vote for the Bill Byrne program. I have a Nike duffel bag that I still use for weekend trips that I earned somewhere around 2007.

Last chance to gain points for the Rewards Program. Even though we have sporting events still taking place this spring. I think this lets us know that the convenience is for the staff not the fans. As an old AD once said about what was important -- " We have their money".
Any last comments about the New Rewards Program vs the previous one?

Got my door mat. I can see myself being suckered back in if they take significant steps to improve the overall program.

It's not the app, it's Wi-Fi in Blue Bell Olson Field. Had a really hard time with it.

Sitting in Davis Diamond. Won't let me sign on. Won't acknowledge the rewards points. Keeps kicking me off and closing the app.
It wasn't just for students, it was for everyone. Anyone could go and get stamps or get their card scanned. Students never got points just for walking in. They had to go get scanned at the 12th Man table to get credit.AGGIEGMA9 said:
I like the program. Just got a nice cowboy hat for 3,000 points. Between fall and winter sports and now spring sports, everyone benefits. The other program played to students. All they needed to do was to enter a venue and get points. Adults attend events also.
the last version of it under Jason Cook was a social media thing where you checked in or something like that, it was failure, by design if you ask me. I think they wanted it to go away, Cook told me personally that it wasn't being used that much. I think the process made it that wayensign_beedrill said:It wasn't just for students, it was for everyone. Anyone could go and get stamps or get their card scanned. They also had a baseball hat as a prize at the start and it disappeared...BQ_90 said:
I know to start the year they had a seat cushion on the list of prizes. Which was great, my old Teams Rewards one was looking bad.
Well at some point it disappeared very early in the process.
They were adjusting points as the year went on. Soccer should have been more points relative to what some of the spring sports have got. Heck for some games this spring you could attend and get enough points for a free t-shirt...BQ_90 said:sunshine1 said:

The points don't make sense, 50 point for this event 200 for another. The old program was attendance driven, so to get next prize you had to keep going.
The prizes IMO don't fire me up to go catch softball today to get more points, to provide an example. In the old program if I was close to next prize I'd probable go to softball or whatever was next event. Going to one wbb game got me more points than 3 or 4 soccer games so I'm not sure they have the point values correct either.

Both are true. App glitchy. Wifi terrible.
Umm…I hope you understand why primary purchasers who carry the risk get the reward? They could do door prizes for the butts in the seats and instant promotions. That's what the Jacksonville stadium does to promote their venue.trouble said:
So the guy who buys tickets but never attends a game gets the points? I buy physical tickets from people several times a year. Why should they be rewarded if it's my butt in the seat?

Yes. Though if they could decrease demand for the secondary market tickets…trouble said:
They do things like that as well. The real point of 12th man rewards is to get butts in the seats at non revenue sports.
I still use mine as a gym bag, still holding on, barely.Detective Jake Peralta said:
