If LSU gets a base runner, we need to push them off the base and tag them and see if they are consistent.

I'm going to give replay benefit of that doubt that pushing off is judgement and non reviewable. So all they can review is if he was tagged when off the bag.

If a runner comes off the bag after being called safe, then tagged, he's out. But NOT if the fielder pushes him off the bag!

But what did they confirm? I highly doubt pushing off is reviewable. It is likely a judgement call.
