when is the last time A&M beat Rice twice in one season?

answer is 2014 -- not that long ago

A&M won the midweek game at Reckling...and then beat the Owls again at Reckling in the Houston regional

It looks like C-USA does not have a native TV viewing experience. Unfortunately you would need to connect your phone or PC to your by casting or something like an HDMI cable.

Do you have some kind of smart device like Apple TV or Roku or similar? If so you ought to be able to mirror your screen. Sorry if none of this makes sense.

If you're casting from your iPhone, Conference USA does have an app that has the live events. I'd suspect they have one for the appletv too.
