Until our hitters figure things out, we need to learn to scratch out runs. And that means stopping running ourselves out of innings. Like Werner did in the second, that inning had promised at the time.

I only have 2 seats. Mal has already been to a game solo with me this year. Max has opinions now so I have to rotate which kid goes.
Did anyone hear in this weeks press conference Schloss briefly mention the 2013 tcu team that had a stinker of a year after going to Omaha the previous year?

Team misses Claunch. That was a coup last year getting a veteran from a program that knows how to win when it counts.

I wonder how much returning talent that 2013 TCU team had. A&M has more than enough returning talent in the lineup to not be hitting this badly.
