Maybe a change will relight the fire.
Unfortunately, you might think she is a good "CEO" coach, but she doesn't think like that, she wants to coach every aspect of the game and be in every decision, and some might call it MICRO-MANAGEMENT, she's got connections, and hopefully learns from her pitfalls at A&MAston94 said:
Hope she brings in some help on the recruiting front and some good assistant coaches. She is, in my opinion, a good "CEO" type coach, but that requires good assistant help.
Best of luck to her!
Still pooping on her? She's fired already.KBAGOLFER said:Unfortunately, you might think she is a good "CEO" coach, but she doesn't think like that, she wants to coach every aspect of the game and be in every decision, and some might call it MICRO-MANAGEMENT, she's got connections, and hopefully learns from her pitfalls at A&MAston94 said:

The truth is the later part of your post is what exposed Jo. She had been fortunate to have not only great players but great assistant coaches. One of those being Sunbelt champion Jerry Glasco. Every coach will suffer when they don't have great players and every coach will suffer when they don't have great assistants. And it's just lame and weird to bring up a guy that was with her for 3 years and say he helped "exposed" the truth of a 35 year Hall of Fame career.
Hire. of. the. Summer. An absolute, hands-down home run for UCSB.

Also of note: The entire @AggieSoftball staff that was let go at season's end... are all now head coaches elsewhere (Snider/TTU, Dill/UTA, Evans/UCSB). https://t.co/mKxFPXLCOo
