Rock, God bless him, takes more time between pitches than anyone.

I don't think the game is broken, or even close to it, not I also don't have a problem with keeping the batter in the box. I think unless you swing you don't get a reset. Take a pitch? then keep your ass in the box. Foul one off or swing and miss? Ok you can step out and reset.
There is even a thread about the extremely long 7th inning: https://texags.com/forums/8/topics/3293726VegasAg86 said:
The crazy thing is the top of the 7th started at about 2.5 hours in. Walker made a comment about it starting at 9:37 and it was still going around 10:30. The last three innings took about as long as the first 6.

Get real. If you didn't enjoy tonight's game, you need a new hobby. It was close to the greatest five hours I have ever spent in my life, with my boys (class of '23 and '25) on each side of me at Olsen. Hell, an 80+ year old man the row below me made it start to finish and loved every minute.

No, because we aren't in MLB or the CWS.AgEng06 said:
So we just broke both of those records?
I have no idea why it was a 7 pm start time for a game that was streaming only.Bondag said:
Both teams employed a strategy to take pitches and spoil until they got something they could drive. The guy behind me wanted for us to swing at every first pitch.
TCU also used 4 pitchers in an inning although we also changed mid at bat at least once.
We need to be treated like east coast for start times because I am dragging today.

Why not do it like Saturday with noon and 6 pm?
