In the early days of the Big 12 baseball tournament, you'd have the local Okie power drinkers getting to the park in the morning and drinking the (relatively) cheap beer at the minor league park all day long. About 8 or 8:30 PM, the arrests would start. You'd see at least one arrest for P.I. every night. Usually more.

I can remember a particularly ugly arrest with a belligerent teasip fan in '98, and they weren't even in the tournament that year.
