How do I get them? Are they sold out?

Call the ticket office. By this time sales should be open to the general public to purchase, and no they are not sold out, but I suspect most premium seats are gone. We bought 2 additional seats this year and when we chose the new seats the pickings were slim for the really good seats. I was happy with what we got.
