I tried to post tickets for sale with instant download (w/ barcode) and they sat in pending status for two weeks.

Their response.....

"Dear StubHub Seller,
Thank you for reaching out, we are in talks with the primary in regards to the failures in listing tickets for instant download and apologize there have been problems altogether.
When we are more than 48 hours from the event and you don't have a listing ID to troubleshoot please create a listing without entering barcodes. That way you are not losing time in a potential sale, this also helps us that if it were to be purchased we can review further and get your order fulfilled and the buyer their tickets for the event.
As we cannot list for you without in direct contact you will have to create your listings and choose to enter barcodes later.
Once or if a sale is made from a buyer you can still attempt to enter your barcodes and once they are recorded in our system our team will be able to troubleshoot and there will be nothing for you to do further. "

StubHub directed me to post the tickets without the barcode. Now they have sold, they sent me am email to update the barcodes and I still cannot enter the barcodes via their site / app.

Anyone else having issues with StubHub?

What was the listed reason for the 12th Man Foundation to move to StubHub again?

Interesting... mine do not, and SH has acknowledged the issue, but has not solution.

I was told in a chat session with StubHub that the set up between A&M and StubHub was done wrong which makes me believe someone from A&M messed up. StubHub should have their process down pretty clean considering all of the venues they work with.

How does StubHub work if you are just transferring tickets to a specific person?

My parents have tickets in their name that we have had for over 30 seasons. Usually it is just my family, or my sister's family going, sometimes family friends go, and my parents have donated them for charity auctions too. But almost always they are being given to someone specific and not sold in a market.

If you are just transferring, you don't need StubHub. Just transfer them through the TMF site (which is a much bigger pain than Flash).

Flash worked well and made selling weekday and non-marquee games really easy. StubHub sucks and the TMF doesn't care if it is better for members. They get more money and that is all that matters.

You can list through marketplace on 12thmanfoundation.com. I did for basketball at least.

Maybe if it's such a pain to use, fewer people will use it, 12th man will get less money, and they'll go back to Flash?

And admit they were wrong? That would be a welcomed change on campus...

I've transferred football tickets this way (my season tickets) and it is a bigger pain, but it can be done. Now, what I haven't tried to do (and I doubt that it can be done, as there is no option to enter a barcode on the TMF site) is transfer seats other than my season tickets. If you do any ticket swapping (and I know a lot of folks do at Olsen), where you end up with tickets that are not in your name, transferring them is going to be a problem.

So is it possible for someone to send you a picture of a ticket/barcode and you create/put the ticket in your stubhub account? I used to do this with flashseats. I know some older ags that didn't know the ticket transfer process, but they could easily send my picture via text message. I would then log into flashseats on my computer before I left home and by the time I got to the stadium they would be in my account/on my phone to scan at the gate.

This worked so I wouldn't have to drive to their house across town or try to have the person who is already in the stadium get my phone call and have to meet me at the gate.
