True class by our visitors from College Station today during our annual Geaux Teal celebration to salute those who are dealing with, are survivors of, and have close relatives who have had ovarian cancer.
Two Aggie players were on the field representing their families and the two number 8s, Tori Vidales of A&M and Emily Griggs of LSU, held a Mississippi State jersey for #8 of their program who is a 2 year survivor. Aggie players are wearing teal logos on their visors, teal wrist bands, and teal shoestrings.
They also participated with our team this morning in the annual walk. Coach Jo Evans is always first class and the Aggies follow her lead with class.
As a former Consol coach and native Texan, I've always seen how great Coach Evans is and I know y'all know it, but I wanted to give her and the Aggies a shout out!
