I apologize. Our view doesn't allow us to see 1st or 3rd. When I saw no one advance on the past ball, and the announcer said that the runners advanced (they hadn't) I assumed the runner that was on third must have already scored

ITB is a rule where the third out from previous inning starts at 2nd base. I would think they will use that rule. It would start in the eighth
passed ball. Runner advances. Obstruction called at second and runner attempts third but is out. Runner sent back to second due to the obstruction.
