I may have had a heart attack sometime around throw out at home, but worth it.

Great great series and credit to LSU, but I am already thinking to next year's weekend rotation - Singer, Kowar, Dyson.

I had an earlier post, but apparently it never posted, so here we go again. I've had some time to cool off.

Congrats to Florida. Deserving national champs. I knew Sully was gonna win one, but I'm sad it had to be against us. We won't sniff another national title until we learn how to recruit a pitching staff as good as Florida. Ours wasn't up to scratch, and not having Walker finally caught up to us.

If you told me before the season that we'd make the CWS finals, I would have taken it no questions asked. This team lived up to preseason expectations and should be very proud of what they've done. We finished two games short of the ultimate goal, and lost in the finals for the first time ever. It was gonna happen someday. This team just didn't execute well enough these last two games, and don't deserve to be champions. You can't strand runners on first & third with no outs twice. And Slaughter's mistake is inexcusable there. Have to be smarter there.

I just hope we can keep the momentum going and win another championship in my lifetime. The football team won't sniff a national championship anytime soon, and don't even get me started on the embarrassment that is LSU men's basketball currently. I'm hoping Will Wade can start turning that clown show around.

Hope you all have a great summer, and congrats to Florida and A&M again on both having great seasons. I always enjoy my time on this board. It's like TigerDroppings, but way less full of trolls and ranters. It's fun, as a neutral here.
