They've been pretty clear that he'll pitch til his arm falls off because after this he'll never play again. They aren't worried about protecting him. He's just enjoying the ride.

Vegas odds at 93% means if your team loses to Davidson, then your weekend meltdown is that much greater .


Or that you are playing a Cinderella team that has come out of nowhere and is taking baseball by storm. Vegas saying we should beat a small mid major school no one has ever heard of at home doesn't mean they aren't good.
Doesn't mean they are good either though. More often than not, time will prove these schools to be flukes. When the planets are misaligned and good teams go on bad streaks, some teams float to the top until everything readjusts itself to normal reality.
