That's generally the term I use on this board.
The name actually was Texas University until around 1967, though no 'sip would ever admit to it now...
If you look at some old game fliers and campus publications (from Austin, not TAMC) you'll see mention of "Texas U" quite often...
...also, I'm a little surprised you've never seen The Best Little *****house in Texas
