I had yet another baseball dream last night, and it was one of those where you wake up and this feeling of relief just washes over you. It was opening day, and Olsen was really different and all of the section numbers were different and there was this huge low roof over the stands so you couldn't see past the infield. It felt like the concourse of Kyle Field. And the Aggies were playing a girls' softball team and instead of pitching, they were bowling. And I don't mean like cricket bowling... it was bowling ball bowling. And nobody was yelling. And the numbers on the backs of the Aggies' jerseys were vertical. Soooooo weird. I don't know why all my Aggie baseball dreams end up being weird like that.

Then I was watching Cast Away last night. It starts out looking down this long, empty road in the middle of brown fields. And I thought to myself that it looked a lot like the roads I'd been posting here. Then the camera panned left and I noticed a Texas FM sign. I had to laugh.

Weird.
