...all four #1's made it to the Elite Eight?

My memory is fuzzy (so I may be missing an obvious recent instance), but it usually seems like at least one #1 is gone by that point.

Of course, we still need a UNC win for it to happen this year.

Yea, I suppose it would have. I checked 2006, 2005, and 2004 but stopped there.

It's interesting, however, that while four #1's made it to the Elite Eight in 2003, only one #1 (t.u.) made it to the Final Four.
