Amir was an assistant under Billy Kennedy. Fantastic guy. He coached Ant Edwards at UGA, then turned around Kennesaw State, and turned around South Florida. Tragically, he died in surgery for a blood clot in October.

Really great article. If he were still around I think he'd have been right at the top of the list for our next coach.
