Simple question, would you work for the current AD? Knowing what you know that the school has not addressed the issues with Reed. This AD has a disturbing history at the University of Nebraska @ Omaha, and with the former Aggie baseball coach.

Anybody that really knows something about our athletic program knows that our AD does not have a disturbing history. He has had to deal with multiple issues that had nothing to do with decisions that he was part of.

He wouldn't be fired. That dude is clueless. His buyout to fire him would still be way too high.

You wrote all of that for nothing.

Think it would be 4 million this time next year

And I still don't think we'd pay that to move him….unless it was an absolute abomination of a season, which I don't see happening.

We have to rebuild the whole team, in a brutal conference.

There is absolutely a chance that we are bad next year. Hell, look at baseball for how quickly things can go south even if you bring back most of the team.

So no, I don't think it's crazy to think he might get fired next year.

But even if he could survive a down year, he'd have to be on the hot seat for the next season right? So why not jump and buy yourself a new honeymoon (and a bigger paycheck)

Should be fired next year if he doesn't leave this year.
our women's basketball team finished dead last in the conference, has 8 girls on the roster as of now, and Trev wouldn't fire Joni, in soccer every single returning starter left the team and Trev still wouldn't fire Coach G… Trev has proven he could care less about results and more about saving money

Trev was brought in to get our AD's financial house in order. I don't think firing a coach with more than one year left on a contract, in a non-revenue producing sport, is in the cards.

So he's comfortable watching Aggie teams lose and be the laughing stock of the conference, got it! By the way soccer couldn't score a goal against a division 2 team yesterday LOL

Not saying he is comfortable but his walking orders are to get us financially stable.

I don't know how much Coach G makes, but I would think that amount is not too steep a hill to climb.

Everything about Buzz is easier to understand when you think of it as loyalty to each other on "team bus one" exclusively. Not to wherever the cult happens to be located at the time.
Probably true for all sports and most coaches in this day and age.
