Well, personally disagree as the game is never over due to 3pt shot, to many Time outs, etc. (we've proved that in the past in the tourney via a large comeback by our team).

This team is hard to watch on the offense most games (downright inept at times) coupled with poor FT shooting, I'm in favor of every damn point they can put on the scoreboard via layup / dunk regardless (and he flubbed it...and would have loved all the betters to take a loss).

It is a Buzz coaching issue thru the years and why his teams have lost games in the past (lack of killer mentality on offense, but we'll stat it up regardless). Who cares if there are book/emoji moments for his future preachership, there's this mental block attitude as we ease up and it has cost us at times.

But, I have no say,,,I just attend games, root for the kids, but definitely shake my head at times watching brick after brick at times.

20 seconds left and we were up 11. The shot clock was off. The game was over. I think Hefner looking back would say he made the wrong decision and got caught up in the moment.

Don't need to try to show up an opponent that has been respectful. If they are fouling hard and hacking and trying to injure people then all is fair.

Again, for a kid that has struggled a bunch and taken a bunch of shots from his own fans, who cares? Maybe he wanted a highlight dunk to remember his career by? There are so many things to worry about that this doesn't even make the list.

If they are anonymous accounts, why is he saying they are Ags?
If they are anonymous accounts, you can still post the messages.
If they are anonymous accounts, people can still track them down…unless they are extremely sophisticated…which doesn't match the crime here.
If they are anonymous accounts, he doesn't need to worry about posting the messages.

Once you become a professional athlete, you lose some of your protection. I don't condone the behavior but it's only going to get worse with increased NIL and transfers. Players want the money but not the baggage that comes with it.

• Aggies are certainly not immune from saying rude and terrible stuff online to our athletes. Just like every other program's fans. I"m sure that Jace has seen some pretty awful criticism of his play online.
• It is illegal to threaten death upon someone. It's both a state and federal offense, if those claims are made online. When someone makes a threat on your life, I would assume that the person who received the threat would let someone else know. A friend, a coach, a parent, a teacher, someone in the athletic department. 100% of the time that person would do the following: a) Ask to see the threat. b)Tell them to report it. Did that happen?
• Jace Carter seems like a weird guy to go after. Do we really think Aggie fans were making anonymous online accounts to threaten the life of a role player that missed less than 1 free throw and 2.5 shots on average in our losses? On top of that, at least that I can remember, none of the misses were at the end of game.
• Has a player or an individual ever exaggerated claims or made claims that were false?

Most likely, Jace saw criticism online that made him feel like our fans were disloyal. The criticism was most likely disgusting and rude. This would be a big deal for a guy who is doing his best to win games for Texas A&M. I believe he most likely used phrases that weren't accurate to describe that criticism. If I'm wrong, let's see the posts and let's do our best to find out who the anonymous people were and prosecute the individuals who committed the crimes.

I was skeptical about Jace's claims, then I made the mistake of reading the comments on an instagram post right after the loss to Michigan. These comments were removed by instagram, and I am sure there have been much worse.
