I think the thing for me is the careless turnovers. I can live with the turnovers where he's trying to make a play but it's the couple a game where he's just loose with the ball that are really annoying.

That said he's been playing better lately

Hefner is weird because if he played at a Lamar/Sam Houston level he'd probably score 20+ a game. He's fairly skilled and why he goes off on these bad teams. But take a step up in comp it doesn't translate well at all because he just gets physically/athletically dominated

I even think he'd be a decent depth player on a space and shoot team (like Iowa or Nebraska) in the Big Ten or ACC.
