There are _no_ must wins in the non-conference games with Buzz's team

You don't really get to the must wins until the conference tournament.

I can get behind a "must win to get an at large" like our game at Ole Miss at the end of the season last year, but this ain't that.

I'm treating it as a must win no matter what yall say! Let's do this and drag people to Reed tomorrow!!

The schedule this year looks full of quality win opportunities. Hardest schedule we've had thus far certainly during the Buzz years. We are going to drop some of them but hopefully win our share too.

Well after this we only have 4 games at Reed until January and even if we beat Ohio State there is a good chance there aren't many people at 3 of those games.

I imagine we'll hear a lot about resources if we lose.

I wasn't sure about arguing the 2015-2016 non-con (Caruso's senior year).

Here was a stretch of non-con games that season:

Texas
#10 Gonzaga
Syracuse
Florida Gulf Coast
@Arizona State
Kansas State
#16 Baylor

That was a pretty salty non-con schedule.

Good schedule. Not close to what we are playing this year. Florida Gulf Coast, ASU and KSU were all pretty meh.

Yeah the next closest is probably actually last year's. 2017-2018 was actually a really good noncon also. Probably our best by the numbers.

We'll see how these teams shake out but right now I expect this one will be the best when it's all done.

You lose this game with a veteran team that's been together for a couple of seasons to a team that just threw a bunch of new players together for the first time it will be alarming at all levels. Coaching, players strategy etc.

it destroys the purpose of continuity.

We have so many more scoring options this year - likely we can score against anyone.

I just want to get back to solid defense without fouling.

And we MUST make our free throws.

Aggies beat the Buckeyes on their court last year. I realize that they have a different team and (I think) coach since that time - but Wade and the others know we can beat them (again).
