I was wondering the other day how good he was compared to Buzz's son. I can't remember where he went to play - some small Texas school I believe.
This OU/Texas game definitely feels like two desperate bubble teams
I am still surprised that at 6-12 and 5-12 these two teams are being mentioned as the last four in or last for out. Some people talked about their success in non-conference schedule. However, their non-conference strength of schedule is bad.

I get why Vandy, Georgia, and Arkansas, at 8-10, are being considered even with similar bad NCSOS. At least they are two games below 500.

Being a Texas fan this season would be beyond frustrating. They have so much talent and they're just bad. Just as a fan of basketball they annoy the hell out of me.

Yes, the Sooners beat Arizona, Michigan, Providence, and Okie State, but I am not sure that is enough when the rest of your record is terrible1-7 on the road in the SEC. I don't see a tourney team based on their record or the way they play.
