That was the worst half of basketball I have ever seen from Alabama. From any team. Any year. They are clearly not the #2 team in the country.

Yeah, I just don't think Mizzou can do that again. And 13 points doesn't feel like much in this game.
Their roster is still loaded. It's why they were preseason #1. It just hasn't come together.
For Mizzou to put on that performance and only be up 13 kinda feels like a win for Bama.
I wonder if 106 combined points in a half is the most for any college game this season.

Win percentage for Mizzou is 89% at half but agree that Bama could win this. They can close a 13 pt gap quick.
In the old Big 12 I'd have given Arkansas like a 60% chance of pulling this off.

The fact that we locked up Grill the way we did is wild. A (slightly) less trailerpark version of Marshall Henderson
Generally we seem to handle the other team's best shooters. It's usually some rando that lights us up. Like Crews when we played them.

You do know we ran into literal Grill and not some version. Got 4 in 31 minutes. Wilchers 3 was a decent counterpunch.

I think a way to test Auburn would be to send Broome to the FT line. He isn't a good FT shooter. If Payne can get him in foul trouble early, then we have a good chance.
