Northwestern making everything in OT. I'm glad the commentators called out the FAU guy for trying to be a hero on that last shot before regulation ended. Too many guys want to take a long distance 3 in the end to win the game when it's a tie game.
Fau needs to be aggressive with only 4 fouls.

They played bad all game. As their coach said at halftime. He could think of a lot of different adjectives to describe their play. Season high of turn overs.

What he did was even worse than that though. He managed to take a long distance three and step into the defense at the same time. If you're going to take a distance three it at least better not get blocked.
Yep. That was what made it so dumb. He didn't even make the defense think he might try to attack. I get maybe hesitating trying to lull the defense and then accelerate to the basket, but he literally did everything he could to telegraph what he was doing AND jumped into the defense.
This Marquette game is fun to watch. Lots of scoring.
