Is 5-13 too optimistic?

3-15 going to be a long year

Coach said we will not be favored in a game the rest of the year. With basketball you could say we might get hot from three one night and win a game we shouldn't, but this team hasn't had a hot shooting night this season and not sure it's possible for us to have one. I think over 3 wins would be pretty impressive honestly. If you set the over under at 3 wins, I am taking the under. It's going to take a ton of improvement and improved shooting for us to get over 3. I hope I am wrong and we get 5 wins. It's just hard to see them looking at the schedule. The kids are playing hard and fighting and that's about all you can ask for. Hopefully their hard work pays off and things fall their way a few times.

Based on what we've seen so far, it's going to take a lot of work to win 2.... I'd say 0 fer but can we really be that bad? Heck. I'll just go with 0 conference wins and be pleasantly surprised if we win a few.

2 - 16. Hope I'm wrong.

I was at 2-16 before I saw they were capable of beating an Oregon State in Reed. That win got me feeling a little better about what they can look like on a 'good' night and now I think about 5-13 or 6-12 is actually a realistic guess. Still a bad team but not 2-16 bad.

Well, Buzz has been saying we basically aren't talented at all. I can't imagine that helps the team play better either.

To be fair, I went back and listened to the press conference and at 8 minutes in, he says we aren't talented enough to hit open shots.

Our "good" games will result in close games. But we will only clear the hurdle twice.

4 wins max but definitely not guaranteed

This season is over

4-14 and for a bold pick, 1 tournament win.

If we continue to improve and stay healthy I am going with 5-13 as a "safe" pick but after looking at the schedule I could see about 8-9 games that we will be in and could win if everything went right.

4 wins, but who the f knows...

My honest prediction is 6-12. I know that's optimistic but we are showing signs of improvement and the conference isn't very strong this year.
