Oh yeah, all the blame will be on the kids. I don't know if I have ever seen a coach throw more kids under the bus and make more excuses about what happens in a program than BK.
Even have preseason excuses for next season!

I'm pretty sure I just watched us beat Auburn and UK with both Caldwell and Chandler playing just 4 minutes combined. If things go south I doubt it will have anything to do with them.

They were both about to get a whole lot more playing time with the Wilson injury. Puts a lot more pressure on Gilder and Starks and God forbid Collins stepping on the court again.

Go listen to his comments on interviews. He may not call out names specifically but he sure as hell makes sure it's known that he has nothing to do with losses. Hell, in his first year he was commenting after losses that he "didn't have his players yet" that "we just don't have the guys to play like we want to play". What a dick! Here's an idea, adjust to players you DO have who are also DI College Basketball players.
Kennedy just invoking the "Sumlin Rule" that every negative belongs to someone else.

These are two guys that barely ever played. But with Wilson seemingly out for a while, it hurts bad and comes at the worst time possible. We have zero depth at guard now
During the losing streak he said he couldn't run practice because all his players weren't 100% heathy. This was after Gilder and Wilson were back.

It'll be interesting to see if we try and play big with Hogg at the two and Trocha-Morelos at the three some. I doubt it. But we might do it in spots to rest Starks or Gilder.

Oh he's not the one generating the excuse. His pack of blind defenders do it on his behalf at this point. I think that's more who the joke is aimed at.
Also, I love how everyone's default on BK is he's a good man.
He very well may be, but he's also run an incredibly embarrassing program from a player discipline standpoint, and his on-court performance has come nowhere close to good enough to overcome that through 7 years.
Core discipline problems evident in on and off court performance. Time for new leadership.

However, I've become a Kennedy critic because I love Aggie basketall and am sick of us getting embarrassed year after year. 1 NCAA tournament since 2011 is pathetic.
Hope we can continue winning without Caldwell and Chandler.
