When you hang your arms over a player, who then jumps straight up into them, its going to be a foul.

The whole team should be to blame on this press though. Its obvious the guards arent looking super confident against it, but theres 3 players just not moving as well.


Thanks for the clarification. I've just always assumed you had to literally foul the guy.
I think its described as the player owning the airspace directly above him. Theoretically you could do what Wiliams did and only get bal.

Chandler looked like he actually just took the ball clean when I saw it live
