It's not about getting into a running game. It's about getting yourself in a position to score on offense. We can't score in a half court set without a little help. We are giving up numbers to slow it down which is stupid. SLOW THEM DOWN...not us


Completely disagree. Ags can score in halfcourt sets.

Agree, need to go back to man.

While we are at it, take Trocha out of the middle of the press breaker. He is too methodical. Need to make them pay for pressing us like that.

The reason we aren't swinging is because they know our guards can't drive so they are playing us really tight on the perimeter and cutting off passes while they are playing man.

We should be able to score at will in this game, even without PG's, but our coaching is horrible.

Lets post up davis, and then have 2 other players on our team stand within 5 feet of him. That won't make it easy to double him at all

If we have guards that can't drive/score and can't feed the post, then we are going to lose a lot of games.

Feeding the post is fundamentals and offensive scheming.

So you disagree that 5 on 3 is easier than 5 on 5? Good basketball teams know when to run and win to slow it down. We are giving up easy baskets when we could get those 5 on 3's and slow it down in situations where they are getting back. The key is for A&M to get back in transition which we have been doing.

Our problem right now is the zone look on defense not them running in transition.

yea, I can think of at least 8 misses that should have been easy buckets.


OUR ****ING PG cant even pass the ball inbounds. what in the actual ****

this vatech team is decent, but we should at least be within 4 if not leading this game

I know I said this during the USC game, but tonight's game is validating to me that I think we will be around .500 in the SEC. We are lucky the SEC is hot garbage for the most part at basketball.

To be fair, next year I honestly think we win 25+. We will be really good next year with the guy's coming in, only losing Tavario, and getting JJ Caldwell.
