Hard to blame them. I think Texas is the only 2 seed that has a chance to beat the one's.

My sister will probably fill out a bracket and pick the higher seed all the way through, and still get a higher score than me picking upsets.
has there ever been a tourney when all 4 number 1 seeds made it?
It's difficult to pick the upsets so that's why many people just go with 1 seeds. You know they are going to happen but to actually pin down which ones go down is the tough part...so you pick all 4 and can usually count on at least 2 getting there.
I usually go with two 1 seeds, a two and then a sleeper 3 or 4.
