the tu/kansas game is twisting my mind.

did texas just play that well?

is kansas that good?

theyre both good teams. what's so confusing?

Texas played like they did against UCLA and Tennessee, but not as well. Augustine and Abrams were shut down for the most part and KU didn't play very well. Texas did play pretty good for the most part. Just imagine if augustine and abrams were hitting on all cylinders. I still think we'll win in Austin.

If you let them play that fast, they are that good. If you make them run a half court offense and don't speed the game up, they're very beatable.

The only thing that confused me was tu dominating the glass in the second half. Our bigs should really control the inside against ku.

The way that Texas plays works well against the way that Kansas playe. Kansas needed to slow down and make it a half court game but they didn't.

KU let the sips dictate the pace of the game. I thought that it was a big mistake when KU stopped going inside. The sips played really well and committed to outrebounding them in the second half. They just outplayed KU tonight.

Bill Self is this eras Guy V. Lewis. Great talent and you're left to scratch your head about his strategy. I sometimes wonder if he watches film.

You have to disrupt DJ Augustin...which we did for the entire game. He couldnt get inside, and therefore Abraham didnt get alot of wide-open looks from 3pt line.

KU also wasnt aggressive in getting the ball inside and taking advantage of their size in the second half.

Beating tu in Austin will be a tall task, but I think we can do it if we get off to a good start and stick with the game plan of going inside to our big guys and guards slashing & dishing.

How about that just about every Big XII team is tough at home and maybe KU wasn't all that much better than everyone else in the Big XII.

Still would bet that KU wins the Big XII in the end.

I don't see what's so confusing about a highly ranked team beating another highly ranked team at home.

It must be extremely frustrating to be an aggie. You guys get way too confident after you win a couple games and than just go off the edge after you drop a few. Truth is, the Big 12 is tough, your going to be very lucky to get a win against the top teams at thier house.
