I am not receiving any notification msgs for topics I have bookmarked in either my desktop browser or the official app. The only way I receive them is in a mobile browser.

Same here. Getting zero notifications for the past 2 days even though I have several set up (including a Looch push). Also before in the app, any posts on threads I posted on showed up in Notifications which was much nicer than having to click a 2nd time to drill down to the Bookmark tab.
I'm starting to think no one is looking at this.

Yeah, my last notification appears to have been around noon on Sunday.
My last one was 13 days ago.
It's odd though. Out of desktop browser, official app, and a mobile browser, I actually have the mobile one that works. All of them or none of them makes sense to me. But only one of the three?

Yeah, I switched back to the browser from the app, because I have notifications there. App hasn't updated in 6 days for me.

Same. Drilling down into and back out of the app bookmark is a beating. The watchlist on the mobile and desktop site is much better if the notifications don't work

We've confirmed an issue preventing a small set of accounts from receiving notifications. We are working on a fix.

No, I don't think you can but it would be awesome. There is a person who consistently posts on a thread I follow that I have ignored, but I would love to not see notifications when they post on the thread.
