Not really a fan of the Chiefs or the Eagles so not doing any KC BBQ or Philly cheesesteaks but in keeping with the fact that the game is in Nawlins I'm doing Instant Pot Cajun red beans with andouille and rice. What's on your menu?

Ribs and alligator that a friend killed in Florida not too long ago. Easy and low key because of work the next day and have baseball leading up to game. I'm curious if anyone is doing crawfish how much they were to buy. They smelled amazing at heb this morning.

Ran the smoker in prep for today. We're doing homemade southwestern egg rolls, Buffalo chicken Taquitos, boudin and pepper jack Taquitos, smoked red deer sliders, and poor man's burnt ends.

no loan, but I did get sticker shock when I saw how much they cost. Over $5 bucks for a dozen at the local Brookshire Bros.

Think it was $8 for 18 at Walmart.
